Established in 1993, Retail Realty, Inc., was founded on professionalism, integrity and service. Retail Realty’s professional licensed real estate staff offers a combined total of over sixty years of sales and leasing brokerage experience available to our valued clients. We are proud of our experience with national tenants which includes leases with CVS Pharmacy, Burger King, Enterprise Leasing, Subway, EZ Pawn, Family Dollar, Cashland, Liberty Tax Service, and SportClips; and land sales to Dollar General, Choice Brand's Woodspring Motel, and BP, Shell and Marathon Gas/Convenience stores.
However, the majority of our experience is concentrated in local community neighborhoods helping individual and family small business owners achieve their dreams. Included among these small businesses are nail and beauty salons, restaurants, dry cleaners, daycares, furniture and mattress stores, and numerous convenience stores.

L. E. "Ted" Kleinmaier Jr., CCIM
FOUNDER
Ted has five decades of professional experience in commercial real estate. Starting with office and industrial projects in the 1970's, Ted's main emphasis has been retail properties since 1987. After gaining valuable experience with many different companies in various positions to include: sales and marketing, finance and accounting, property management, site selection, construction, development and redevelopment - Ted founded Retail Realty, Inc., in 1993.
Throughout his career, he partnered with numerous limited liability companies, providing experience for acquiring, development/redevelopment, sales/leasing, and property management of retail properties located in twelve cities and towns throughout central Indiana. Now an experienced resource and mentor for Retail Realty, Inc., he is enjoying semi-retirement as an active real estate broker licensed in Indiana and Florida.
Professionally, Ted completed the requirements for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which was awarded him by the CCIM Institute in 1998. He is a current member of the CCIM Institute, Indiana Real Estate Exchangors, Inc., and the National Association of Realtors. He received an MBA degree from Indiana University in 1977 with an emphasis in real estate and accounting.
Keith Kleinmaier
President & Managing Broker
Keith is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in property management, real estate development, online marketing, university fundraising and client services. His dedication to customer service throughout his career is demonstrated on a daily basis. Prior to joining Retail Realty, Keith was a Senior Executive for an online marketing company, where he was Vice President, Client Services.
